Spot Securement
An optional first step is to secure your place in line. You can do this by submitting a downpayment which will not only lock your spot, it will speed up the wait process by roughly 8 weeks.

Request For Quote Meeting (RFQ).
This is an in person sit down meeting at our office to get to know you and make sure that we fully understand what your needs are for your layer barn. You will get a rough quote price at this meeting.
Contract Signing.
Once we are certain that we have everything ready that you are looking for, we will review the contract and material list together and ask for a down payment. At this time, your final contracted price is permanent.
Committed Date.
Hostetler provides you with a hard bird date. In all of our years of building chicken houses, we are happy to say that we have never missed a bird date.
We Build The Poultry House.
This is the fun part where you get to watch your new chicken farm coming to life! We will ensure that all the details are taken care of. The Project Manager will coordinate with you and all contractors to make the whole process as smooth as possible.
Final Inspection
At this stage our trained technicians will finish the setting up the barn and test and ensure that all systems are working as expected. In this stage, we also provide you with training on how all of the systems work.
Packer Installation/Farmer Training
2 weeks after the birds arrive, our service technicians will install the packing equipment and provide comprehensive training on all of the packer functions.
